Tools and Techniques for Creating Systems

There are several tools and techniques you can use to create effective systems. One such tool is the Pomodoro technique, which involves breaking work into 25-minute intervals with 5-minute breaks in between. Another useful tool is Trello, which is a project management tool that allows you to create boards and cards to organize tasks. I've used Trello for personal and professional projects for well over 10 years with great success and ease. The final technique is creating a framework for your system that resonates with you and your audience. By planning your meals in advance, you can save time and money, and ensure that you are eating healthy, nutritious meals. Making a decision ahead of time reduces decision fatigue and bad choices that you'll later regret. Spontaneity is overrated when it comes to creating metabolic and mental health. 

 Creating a Cleaning Schedule

Cleaning can be a time-consuming and overwhelming task. By creating a cleaning schedule, you can break down tasks into manageable chunks and ensure that your home stays clean and organized. The benefits of  a tidy environment can not be understated. The system I use (delegating to the right person with clear expectations) results in reduced distractions, increased productivity, improved mood, and strengthened relationships. Our home is not only the place we reside but all four family members use our home as a coworking space, so as you can imagine, clutter and disorganization can have disasterous effects on our harmonious goals.
