Work Relationship Policy

The purpose of this Work Relationship Policy is to manage the expectations and establish boundaries between Self-Made U, LLC and it’s clients.

Coaching Calls

It is the responsibility of the client to phone or Teleconference us for their sessions. A grace period of 10 minutes will be given. If the client has not called or Teleconferenced in within that 10 minute grace period, the session will be deemed cancelled.

Rescheduling Sessions/Meetings

If a session/meeting falls on a holiday or needs to be rescheduled for any reason, it is the client's responsibility to do so via email, phone or text.

Communication

Our working hours are M - F 8am CST - 4pm CST. While we aim to make every client feel special and as if they're our only client, the fact remains that we have many clients and other responsibilities that consume our daily schedule. All communication will be addressed within working hours. Any communication sent after 4pm during weekdays or over the weekend will be addressed the following business day. Likewise, we do not expect our clients to address any communication we may send after working hours until the next business day.

Client Portal

It is the client's responsibility to check their client portal for updates & session notes. We aim to update the client portal within 2 hours of the end of your last session.

Other Policies

Self-Made U, LLC operates under the notion that all policies, terms & conditions, and other materials available in the client portal have been read by our clients.

Changes To This Work Relationship Policy

Self-Made U, LLC may periodically update this Work Relationship Policy. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Work Relationship Policy on the Site. You are advised to review this Work Relationship Policy periodically for any changes.
