Get Curious, Girlfriend!

When you get curious about the what’s and why’s of your thoughts, you’ll see how incredibly connected they are to how you react. We need to ask ourselves questions in order to tap into the thoughts that are causing our feelings. Once we learn the “why”, we can master our minds which will give us the positive results we all deserve. Learning this process of how to manage our minds takes us from feeling mentally stuck to feeling a sense of responsibility and control.
Here are examples of questions to ask yourself:
- Why am I choosing to think this?
- How am I feeling right now?
- Why am I feeling “___”
- How do I show up each day feeling “___”
- What am I thinking?
- How does this thought feel?
Every thought is a choice. By taking responsibility for your thoughts, you’ll begin to see improvements in every aspect of your life.
