I STRUGGLED WITH WEIGHT MOST OF MY LIFE.
It haunted me as a teen and continued to be an obstacle well into my adult life. After many failed attempts to lose weight through fad diets and gimmicks, I realized that it had little to do with calorie restriction, counting points, or low-fat foods, and everything to do with simple science and math.
I followed the same life coaching principles that created sustainable results in all other areas of my life, both personal and professional. By creating food protocols from science-based proven research, I was able to lose weight fast and live a richer and more fulfilling life.
